Creative is the new clean
Welcome to the Soaps and Things website where we love to create and hope to inspire.
With inspiration from some of the greats, I have completely fallen in love with the concept of soap making and, true to my nature, I love learning new things and exploring the endless possibilities, albeit sometimes vicariously through the amazing works of others.
For me soaping is a hobby, yet having received overwhelmingly positive feedback from those whom I chose to share it with, I decided to expand my horizons and share my passion on a larger stage โ no small feat for the incurable introvert that I am, I might add!
My aim is not merely to sell soap (and as any soaper will know, that really helps to cover the costs and free up space ), but to share my creations with others and to hopefully encourage anyone that may be interested in taking that leap or even to provide other, much more experienced soapers with the opportunity to share their insight and wisdom.
From my personal experience there are some excellent support forums, suppliers and communities internationally โ and I am forever grateful to them and would LOVE for them to get involved here โ but I would also like to see a slightly more local network of soap makers engage, share and exchange tips or ideas.
I currently use the cold process method of making soap and the recipe I use means the soap bars are both vegan and halal. The bars vary between large and small (ideal as guest or travel soap). The soap that I have available will be listed on the products page along with the ingredients used.
If you would like to browse the available products, you are most welcome to do so by clicking here. This page is updated weekly.

As a jeweler, your goal is to increase the number of customers who buy from you, and perhaps to cultivate a long-term relationship in which they make multiple purchases from your store.
